Our crispy filled wafers are inspired by the concept of ice cream cones. We adapted this recipe to fit our savoury product line and designed two specific shapes for snacking purposes: round wafer balls and layered squares.
With the wafers being our second filled product we hope to offer not only another flavour experience but also bring variation to all sorts of occasions where friends and family gather for a drink. The delicate texture of the wafer shell perfectly matches flavour combination such as gouda & walnuts, fine herbs or tomato & basil.
