The roots of our biscuits go back to the early 19th century when De Kroes started producing the ‘Gorcumse Zoute Bollen’, which grew to become a famous local delicacy in the city of Gorinchem.
Today we produce a wide range of our savoury biscuits, which are oven baked to enhance their crunchy bite and give them a light golden colour. Faithful to our origins, cheese is still a key ingredient for many of the biscuits. Our Gouda, cheddar and Emmental biscuits are still very much appreciated.
As our market is global and consumers constantly look for new flavours to indulge themselves, their friends and family, we composed a wide range of delicate blends.
